Eden's latest release exhibits maturity, both musically and spiritually. It's been nearly eight years since their debut ("Lovin' the Day") and four years since their last release (No Turning Back). It's obvious that they have learned much from their experiences. Lisa, the oldest of the three sisters who make up Out Of Eden, co-wrote and co-produced all the songs on this project.

A whole slew of other producers had their hands and ears involved with this project, resulting in an urban-pop production that will rival its secular counterparts. "Different Now" has already been nominated for a 2001 Dove Award in the category of Urban Recorded Song of the Year.

Right at the top of their best is definitely "Different Now." Inside this upbeat tune is their personal testimony of the changes that Christ has brought to their lives. "Rolling Stone" is another key track because it comes right out of their personal lives. The Eden sisters; Andrea, Lisa, and Danielle grew up without a biological father and this song is a testimony of their survival.

Overall, "This Is Your Life" is progressive and a positive step forward for the group. There certainly is high potential here for passing the gospel to a wider audience than the group may have reached with earlier efforts.
