"Absolute Smash Hits" is the second in the new series from Fervent Records, the first being "Absolute Worship." "Smash Hits" includes 25 radio hits of artists, past and present. The artists range from Ginny Owens to 12 Stones, including seven #1 radio hits, and sixteen top 5 radio hits.

With two CD's full of great artists and a bonus DVD all for the price of one CD, I don't think you could go wrong. What could be a better way to beef up your collection or just expose yourself or others to the world of Christian music.

It's not typical to write a review for a collection like this, but you would certainly find many a good word about artist like Jennifer Knapp, Jeff Deyo, Natalie Grant, or Jonah33 through out Alpha Omega News. I can however share with you one thing that I like about the "Absolute" collection over the others. That is, that you will not find a wider variety of artist as you do on the "Absolute" compilations.
