Once in a while a high-quality classic rock act will surface out of a flood of new popular acts.  Such is the case with DecemberRadio, a rock band with eternal ambitions.  Could this band possibly replace the void of Audio Adrenaline?  I think so, and in some ways their debut is going to take Christian rock to a whole new level.  The tight soundtrack is well produced with classy fills, fiery leads, and a tight rhythm section that take their evangelical lyrics to a higher level. 

Aside from the fact that the new album is exceedingly exhilarating, the themes are equally important.  For instance, “You Can’t Hide” addresses the darkness of the human heart and how we think we can hide things from others, but at some point what is done in darkness will be brought to light.  Secondly, the band expresses joy in their faith through songs as well. 

I highly recommend that Christian rockers take a look at this new band.  If we’re lucky they will have a successful and more importantly, a fruitful career with as much longevity as their equally rockin’ peers Audio A.
