Victory – Live is the sophomore release from Tye Tribbett & G.A. (Greater Anointing).  The choir was birthed in 1996 as Tye gathered a group of friends with a common purpose of worshiping God through music.  As with any gospel choir, the only way to truly capture the glory and majesty is.  The CD was recorded live in December of 2005 at the Deliverance Evangelist Church in Philadelphia. 

Tye and the G.A. choir have well established themselves in the circuit and unfortunately for my small little brain, all I can compare Tye with is Kirk Franklin.  Not that that is a bad thing at all.  It’s just that I do believe there is a high quality of musicianship on Victory and I think that it is full of life and fun to listen to, but I’m just not as familiar with this type of music.  So with that, you can take my recommendation that if you’re looking for an invigorating choir led experience, then Victory – Live is it.
