I don’t have any PR material to work with for this review but I can tell you that it’s the latest in what seems to be the in-vogue pop-rock genre.

In the song “One More Day,” the band lets us know that life stinks but hold on “cause we’re one day closer to seeing the Savior’s face.”  There are occasional uses of the words “grace” and “mercy” but by and large this is a generic record.

For example, on the up-tempo “Different,” those listening to the song on Christian radio will understand the inspiration behind the lyrics “I feel it, I’m different,” but if the song is played on secular radio, listeners will go “got a new girlfriend, eh?”

Other than the “Strawberry Fields Forever”-tinged flute on the open of “Ready to Find Love,” there’s nothing real distinct abut this band’s sound.
