Chase the Glow is a relatively new rock band formed in the spring of 2007. Their debut EP is a straight up rock album highlighted by the edgy vocals of Sara Pecchia.

For a rather simple production, the album sounds tight and the guitar driven rock works rather well. The band lists their music as alternative/Christian, but to me the sound is more or less standard rock. I would say with some time and experience (refinement), the band is well on the road to success (musically).

The mission statement of the band is all together separate. The band enthusiastically wishes to be used as a resource for the church – particularly for youth oriented purposes. It is a very noble goal and the music so far is definitely going to be a good tool to get them in the door of the youth room.
