Kaboose
Excuse Me
Syntax Records
Grade: B

Kaboose’s newest release, Excuse Me, is surprisingly refreshing.  This album is probably the one I like most from Syntax records.  This album stands out from the rest because of its spiritual focus.  Kaboose makes it pretty clear that he is a Christian.

Most of the songs have a catchy beat with lyrics that make you think.  However, there are defiantly some heavier songs such as when he shares about his childhood.  Nonetheless, they are reminders of what some people have to go through in life.

One of my favorite songs is Excuse Me.  In that song Kaboose shares how he is going to dance with his wife and not let those opportunities slip by.  It takes a true man to do that.

Overall, I liked this album.  The only improvement I would like to see in the future is just a little more adoration.
