More Than The Music

The "More Than the Music" series takes an insightful look into the history of Gospel legends with dramatic re-enactments and personal testimony, weaving a story that will awe you.

The first set of videos is a live variety show hosted by Vestal Goodman and Gary Chapman. Their guest, include Dottie Rambo, Janet Paschal, and George Jones among others. Each performer comes with a story to tell and a wealth of background information sure to please any history buff.

The second set of videos tell the story of "The Happy Goodman Family" and "The Blackwood Brothers". The concept is similar to VH1's "Behind the Music." Charlie Daniels narrates as Vestal and Howard Goodman reflect on the past and their journey with the "Happy Goodman Family, " sharing amazing stories of personal struggles and triumphs. Daniels goes on to narrate between interviews on "The Blackwood Brothers."
