Recently The National Parenting Center (TNPC), an American parent advocacy group, awarded “You Are Mine” with the Holiday Seal of Approval. This seal identifies the finest products and services marketed to parents and their children.

“You Are Mine” is a follow up to “You Are Special,” both of which are based on Max Lucado’s popular Wemmicks books (Crossway Publishing). “You Are Mine” is the story of Punchinello (a small wooden boy) trying to find meaning in life through material things, only to fail and discover that he is loved by his woodcarving creator Eli (the voice of Steven Curtis Chapman) unconditionaly.

The Wemmicks are colorfully animated by a team of seasoned professionals who worked on other such videos like “An American Tail,” “The Land Before Time,” and “All Dogs Go To Heaven.” There is never a dull moment and the life lessons of the Wemmicks can teach us all something.
